This policy explains the tax information, certifications, withholding, reporting, and payout-readiness requirements that may apply to MaxSportsure earnings.
Last updated: September 10, 2026
Users who may receive MaxSportsure creator, affiliate, advertising, subscription, PPV, sponsorship, or other payouts may be required to complete a tax profile before payout. Required information may include legal name, tax classification, taxpayer identification information, country, address, and certifications on Form W-9, an applicable Form W-8, or a substitute or successor form.
Sign in to the earning account to access its secure Tax Profile form. Do not send full taxpayer identification numbers by ordinary email.
You must provide complete, current, and accurate information and certify it when required. The legal name and tax identification information should match applicable tax records. MaxSportsure or its payment provider may request correction, recertification, or supporting documentation and may restrict payouts while information is missing, expired, inconsistent, or under review.
Unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise, participation in creator, affiliate, NIL, advertising, or other earning programs does not create employment, partnership, agency, joint venture, or authority to bind MaxSportsure. Classification depends on applicable law and the actual relationship, not this label alone.
MaxSportsure or its payment provider may report payments and issue tax forms when required by law. Payments may be subject to backup withholding or other U.S. or non-U.S. withholding when required, including when a payee does not provide required taxpayer information or an authority directs withholding. Legal thresholds and forms can change; a threshold is not an exemption from reporting income.
Each recipient is responsible for determining and paying applicable federal, state, local, and non-U.S. taxes; maintaining records; reporting income; and obtaining professional advice. MaxSportsure does not provide tax, legal, accounting, eligibility, or financial advice. Parents or guardians may need to complete or approve tax and payout information for an eligible minor.
Tax and payout information is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and may be shared with payment, identity-verification, tax-reporting, fraud-prevention, audit, and legal-compliance providers. Access is limited according to operational and legal needs. Never post tax information in a profile, comment, message, media caption, livestream, or support screenshot.
MaxSportsure may delay or hold payouts while tax information is incomplete, invalid, disputed, or legally restricted. If a tax form or payout record appears incorrect, contact support promptly from the account email and identify the affected year and profile without including a full taxpayer identification number.
This policy supplements the NIL / Monetization Terms and Affiliate Program Terms. Tax-profile questions may be sent to support@maxsportsure.com. MaxSportsure support cannot prepare a return or advise you how to complete a government form.
