MaxSportsure respects intellectual-property rights and requires users to share only content they own or are authorized to publish.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
Users retain ownership of content they create. Posting on MaxSportsure grants the limited permissions described in our Terms of Service so we can host, process, display, distribute, moderate, and operate that content through the Services.
You may upload material you created, licensed, or otherwise have permission to use. Credit, a disclaimer, buying a copy, or finding material online does not automatically give permission to post it. This applies to game footage, broadcasts, music, photographs, graphics, logos, articles, statistics databases, and clips.
Uploaders and broadcasters must obtain all permissions required by athletes, guardians, teams, schools, leagues, venues, photographers, videographers, broadcasters, music owners, and other rights holders. A ticket or venue credential does not necessarily include streaming or commercial-use rights.
Some uses may be permitted by fair use, license, public-domain status, or another exception. These rules are fact-specific. MaxSportsure cannot provide legal advice or determine in advance whether a use is lawful.
MaxSportsure's software, interface, designs, branding, original text, and other platform materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except as allowed by law or written permission, users may not copy, sell, reverse engineer, or create confusingly similar uses of those materials.
Copyright owners may submit claims and affected users may respond through our DMCA & Copyright Policy. Use our DMCA report form or email support@maxsportsure.com.
We may remove or restrict disputed material, suspend livestreams, disable uploads, limit advertising or monetization, preserve records, and terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Fraudulent or abusive claims may also lead to account action.
The DMCA process is limited to copyright. For trademark, false endorsement, name, image, likeness, privacy, or impersonation concerns, contact support@maxsportsure.com with the affected URL and supporting details.
