This policy explains copyright takedown notices, counter-notifications, restoration, and repeat-infringer enforcement on MaxSportsure.

MaxSportsure respects copyright and expects users to post only material they own or are authorized to use. This policy explains how copyright owners may request removal under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and how affected users may submit a counter-notification.
The DMCA process is for copyright claims. Trademark, privacy, impersonation, harassment, and other concerns should be reported through the appropriate support or safety channel.
Consider whether the use may be authorized by a license, permission, fair use, or another legal exception. Only a copyright owner or a person authorized to act for the owner should submit a DMCA notice. Knowingly making a material misrepresentation may create liability under federal law.
Use our DMCA report form or email support@maxsportsure.com. Use the subject "DMCA Takedown Notice."
A complete written notice must identify the copyrighted work and the material claimed to infringe, including its exact MaxSportsure URL.
It must also provide the claimant's contact information, a physical or electronic signature, a good-faith statement, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the claimant is authorized to act.
We may ask for missing information. For a valid notice, we may remove or disable access expeditiously and notify the affected user. We may give the notice, including claimant contact information, to that user or service providers involved in processing the claim.
If material was removed because of mistake or misidentification, the affected user may email a written counter-notification to support@maxsportsure.com with the subject "DMCA Counter-Notice."
The counter-notice must identify the removed material and its prior location, include the user's signature and contact information, and contain the statements regarding good faith, federal-court jurisdiction, and acceptance of service required by 17 U.S.C. Section 512(g).
We may forward a compliant counter-notice to the original claimant. Unless the claimant notifies us that a court action has been filed to restrain the alleged infringement, the DMCA generally permits restoration after no fewer than 10 and no more than 14 business days.
MaxSportsure may terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. We may also remove content, restrict uploads or streaming, preserve records, and limit monetization while ownership disputes are reviewed.
Send copyright correspondence through the DMCA report form or to support@maxsportsure.com. Keep copies of everything submitted. This process does not provide legal advice or determine ownership.
