Agreement to These Terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to MaxSportsure's websites, profiles, messaging, media, Stories, events, schedules, statistics, Watch and livestreaming tools, AI-assisted tools, advertising, subscriptions, monetization, and related services (the "Services"). By creating an account or using the Services, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and applicable supplemental terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Eligibility and Minors

You must be at least 13 to operate an independent account. A parent or legal guardian must create and manage any supported profile for a child under 13. Users under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian where required. Guardians, teams, schools, and organizations represent that they have authority to manage accounts and publish information involving minors.

Accounts and Security

Provide accurate information, keep it current, protect your credentials, and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and may not sell, transfer, impersonate, or create deceptive accounts. MaxSportsure may require verification and may refuse usernames or profile details that violate rights or create confusion.

User Content and License

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant MaxSportsure a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt for technical formatting, publish, display, distribute, and make your content available solely to operate, improve, promote, secure, and provide the Services according to your settings. This license ends when content is deleted, except where copies reasonably remain in backups, shared content, legal records, or as otherwise permitted by law.

You represent that you own or have all permissions needed for your content and that its use through the Services will not violate law or another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, contract, or other rights.

Acceptable Use

Follow our Community Guidelines. You may not exploit minors; harass or threaten people; publish non-consensual intimate content; run scams; distribute malware; scrape or reverse engineer the Services; manipulate engagement; evade enforcement; interfere with security; misuse personal information; or use the Services for unlawful, deceptive, or dangerous conduct.

Sports Information, Recruiting, and Events

Statistics, schedules, rosters, measurements, eligibility, recruiting information, results, locations, and event details may be user-provided and are not guaranteed accurate. Verify important information independently. MaxSportsure is not a coach, school, league, scout, recruiter, agent, healthcare provider, or event organizer unless expressly stated. Participation in sports and attendance at events involve risks that remain with participants and organizers.

Media, Watch, and Livestreaming

You must have permission to record and stream participants, venues, games, music, logos, and broadcasts. Follow league, school, venue, YouTube, and other provider rules. MaxSportsure may delay, interrupt, restrict, record, archive, or remove streams for technical, safety, or rights reasons and does not guarantee availability, quality, audience size, or replay retention.

AI-Assisted Features

AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other outputs, or unsuitable for publication. Review every output and verify facts, statistics, permissions, and rights. Do not use AI features for deceptive impersonation, fabricated endorsements, prohibited intimate imagery, or unlawful content. MaxSportsure does not guarantee ownership, originality, or legal availability of an output.

Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or integrate with YouTube, payment processors, advertisers, and other providers. Their terms and privacy policies govern their services. MaxSportsure is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or conduct, and an integration may change or end without notice.

Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

Prices, taxes, billing intervals, renewal terms, benefits, and cancellation options will be disclosed at purchase. If you authorize recurring billing, charges continue at the disclosed interval until cancellation. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not ordinarily refund a completed billing period unless required by law or stated at purchase. Event organizers and other sellers are responsible for their own offerings and refund rules unless MaxSportsure expressly states otherwise.

Monetization, Advertising, and Endorsements

Monetization, payouts, subscriptions, sponsorships, and advertising may require eligibility review, identity or tax verification, additional terms, minimum thresholds, and valid payment-provider accounts. Estimates are not guaranteed earnings. MaxSportsure may withhold, adjust, or reverse amounts associated with refunds, fraud, invalid traffic, disputes, policy violations, or legal obligations.

Creators must clearly disclose paid, gifted, employment, family, or other material connections when endorsing products or services and must not make false or unsupported claims.

Copyright and Removal Requests

Respect intellectual-property rights and review our Copyright Policy and DMCA & Copyright Policy. MaxSportsure may remove disputed content and terminate repeat infringers. Reports involving non-consensual intimate imagery, including AI-generated or altered imagery, should be submitted immediately through available reporting tools or support.

Moderation, Suspension, and Termination

We may review, restrict, demonetize, remove, preserve, or disclose content and may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for safety, security, enforcement, legal compliance, or operation of the Services. You may stop using the Services and request account deletion. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

Service Changes and Availability

Features may be added, changed, suspended, or discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, permanent storage, compatibility, search placement, exposure, recruiting results, sponsorships, revenue, or any particular outcome. Keep independent copies of important content and records.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is" and "as available." MaxSportsure disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Nothing in the Services is medical, legal, financial, recruiting, eligibility, or professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MaxSportsure and its affiliates, personnel, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost profits, data, goodwill, opportunities, or revenue; or conduct of users or third parties. Any aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of amounts you paid MaxSportsure during the 12 months before the claim or $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MaxSportsure and its affiliates, personnel, and providers from claims, losses, and expenses arising from your content, events, products, account activity, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights. This provision may not apply to consumers where prohibited by law.

Disputes and Applicable Law

Contact support@maxsportsure.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute informally. These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and any mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with lawful jurisdiction. These Terms do not require arbitration or waive a right to participate in a class action.

Changes and Contact

We may update these Terms as the Services or law changes. We will post revised Terms and update the date above, and may provide additional notice for material changes.
