For help with an account, profile, login, media upload, event, schedule, Watch page, livestream, subscription, or other feature, email support@maxsportsure.com. Include your username, the relevant URL, and a clear description of the issue.
Use an available in-product report control or email support with the subject "Safety Report." Include the profile or content URL and relevant context. Urgent youth-safety, credible-threat, and non-consensual-content reports may be prioritized.
If anyone is in immediate danger, contact 911 in the United States or the appropriate local emergency service. MaxSportsure is not an emergency-response service.
Email support@maxsportsure.com with the subject "Privacy Request" for access, correction, deletion, opt-out, guardian, or California privacy requests. Identify the account involved and the right you want to exercise. We may need to verify identity or authority.

For advertising, sponsorship, integrations, team or organization partnerships, media, or other business inquiries, email support with the subject "Business Inquiry" and include your organization, role, and proposal.
Legal requests should identify the requesting person or agency, legal authority, affected account or content, requested records, and response deadline. Email support with the subject "Legal Request." MaxSportsure may require valid legal process and verify the request before disclosing information.
Do not email your password, full payment-card or bank number, Social Security number, government identification, medical records, or other unnecessary sensitive information. MaxSportsure support will not ask for your password.
Requests are reviewed in the order received, with priority based on safety, legal requirements, account access, and operational impact. Sending duplicate requests may delay review. Response time varies with complexity and verification needs.
