These guidelines explain the safety, authenticity, sportsmanship, and rights standards that apply across MaxSportsure.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
MaxSportsure brings athletes, parents, coaches, teams, organizations, trainers, recruiters, scouts, media, companies, and fans together around sports. Be authentic, respectful, safe, and fair. These guidelines apply to profiles, messages, comments, Stories, media, livestreams, events, groups, AI-assisted content, and every other part of the Services.
Never sexualize, exploit, groom, threaten, or endanger a minor. Do not request sexual content, private contact, or secret communication from a minor; share a minor’s sensitive location, school schedule, medical details, or contact information without authority; or use MaxSportsure to facilitate abuse or trafficking.
Content involving child sexual exploitation or abuse is prohibited and may be reported to law enforcement or appropriate child-safety organizations. Parents, guardians, coaches, teams, and organizations must have permission to publish information or media involving minors.
Do not bully, stalk, shame, intimidate, sexually harass, threaten, or encourage coordinated abuse. Content that attacks or dehumanizes people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, or another protected characteristic is prohibited. Credible threats and encouragement of real-world violence are not allowed.
Do not expose private information, publish intimate content without consent, impersonate another person or organization, create deceptive accounts, or falsely claim an affiliation, credential, scholarship, recruiting offer, endorsement, or verified status. Obtain appropriate permission before publishing private communications, player records, medical information, or third-party footage.
Do not glorify or encourage violent acts, self-harm, suicide, dangerous challenges, hazing, abuse, or conduct likely to cause serious injury. Educational, documentary, or newsworthy material may be limited, labeled, or removed depending on context and risk. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
Pornography, sexual services, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual solicitation, and sexually explicit content are prohibited. Nudity or sensitive imagery may be restricted or removed even when presented in medical, documentary, or athletic contexts if it creates safety, privacy, or exploitation risks.
Do not run scams, phishing schemes, fake giveaways, deceptive fundraising, fraudulent recruiting, false NIL or sponsorship offers, or schemes involving payments, tickets, registrations, or equipment. Do not falsify statistics, achievements, eligibility, identity, credentials, game results, or academic information. Content promoting match manipulation, illegal gambling, prohibited performance-enhancing drugs, or evasion of sports rules may be removed.
Do not send repetitive or unwanted messages, mass-tag unrelated users, buy or sell fake engagement, use bots without authorization, scrape the Services, manipulate rankings or metrics, evade enforcement, or distribute malware. Advertising and promotions must be truthful, appropriately disclosed, and posted only where permitted.
Post only content you own or are authorized to use. Respect copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, league and broadcast rights, music licenses, and venue rules. Giving credit does not replace permission. Review our Copyright Policy and DMCA & Copyright Policy for reporting procedures.
Broadcasters are responsible for having permission to film participants, use music, display logos, enter venues, and transmit games or events. Do not stream private spaces, restricted competitions, copyrighted broadcasts, dangerous conduct, or people who have a reasonable expectation of privacy. Follow all platform, YouTube, league, school, venue, and governing-body rules that apply.
Review AI-generated graphics and text before posting. Do not use AI tools to impersonate people, fabricate endorsements or recruiting interest, create deceptive statistics, produce harmful sexual or violent material, or mislead viewers about real events. Clearly disclose synthetic or materially altered content when context could otherwise mislead people.
Use available in-product reporting tools or email support@maxsportsure.com. Include the profile or content URL, what happened, and relevant context. Do not submit knowingly false or abusive reports. Copyright claims should use the dedicated DMCA process.
Depending on severity, context, history, and risk, MaxSportsure may reduce distribution, add warnings, restrict features, disable comments or messaging, remove content, suspend livestreams, limit monetization, preserve evidence, suspend or terminate accounts, or refer matters to appropriate authorities. We may act against off-platform conduct when it creates a credible risk to users or the Services.
Attempts to evade restrictions through another account may result in additional enforcement. Where an appeal process is available, provide complete and accurate information so the decision can be reviewed.
Sports, technology, and safety risks evolve. We may update these guidelines and will revise the “Last updated” date when we do.
