Affiliate Program Terms

Agreement and eligibility

These Affiliate Program Terms supplement the Terms of Service. Participation requires approval by MaxSportsure, an account in good standing, accurate identity and payment information, and legal capacity to enter these terms. Approval is not guaranteed and may be limited by age, location, account type, program availability, or compliance history.

Permitted promotion

Affiliates may use only approved links, codes, creative materials, and truthful descriptions of MaxSportsure. Affiliates may not impersonate MaxSportsure; register confusing domains or accounts; buy misleading search ads; use spam, malware, cookie stuffing, forced clicks, undisclosed redirects, fake accounts, or self-referrals; promise guaranteed earnings or sports outcomes; or target minors in an unsafe or deceptive manner.

Clear disclosures

Disclose the affiliate relationship clearly and conspicuously wherever a referral link, recommendation, review, post, video, Story, livestream, email, or other endorsement appears. The disclosure must be close to the endorsement and understandable to the intended audience. Platform labels or the words “affiliate link” alone may not be sufficient in every context. Affiliates must disclose employment, family, sponsorship, gifts, discounts, and any other material connection and may express only honest, supportable opinions.

Tracking and attribution

Referral attribution depends on valid tracking, the disclosed attribution window, user consent, device and browser settings, and the program rules shown when an offer is accepted. MaxSportsure does not guarantee that every click or transaction can be tracked. Duplicate, fraudulent, refunded, reversed, canceled, chargeback, test, or otherwise ineligible activity does not earn commission.

Commission and payout rules

Rates, qualifying actions, attribution windows, minimum payout thresholds, currencies, schedules, and payment methods are those displayed for the applicable program or campaign. Amounts shown before final review are estimates. MaxSportsure may withhold, offset, adjust, or reverse commissions for refunds, disputes, invalid traffic, policy violations, fraud, duplicate attribution, or legal obligations.

Payouts may require identity verification, a supported payment-provider account, and a complete Tax Profile. Affiliates are responsible for taxes and expenses unless law requires otherwise. No affiliate is an employee, agent, franchisee, joint venturer, or authorized representative of MaxSportsure.

Content, privacy, and rights

Affiliate promotions must comply with the Community Guidelines, intellectual-property rights, publicity and privacy rights, advertising law, and all applicable platform rules. Do not use athletes, minors, teams, schools, events, or user content without permission. Do not collect or disclose personal information through affiliate activity except lawfully and with required notice and consent.

Monitoring, suspension, and termination

MaxSportsure may review traffic and promotional practices, request substantiation, suspend tracking or payouts, reject transactions, remove creative materials, or terminate participation for risk, inactivity, violations, or program changes. After termination, stop using affiliate links, confidential information, and MaxSportsure branding except as otherwise permitted.

No earnings guarantee; changes

Participation does not guarantee clicks, conversions, revenue, payout, exposure, or continued program availability. MaxSportsure may change or discontinue rates, eligibility, or program terms prospectively and will provide notice where required.
