Accounts and age requirements

MaxSportsure is intended for account holders age 13 and older. A child under 13 may not create or operate an independent account. Where MaxSportsure offers a supported child profile, it must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian who has authority to act for the child. Users under 18 must have parent or guardian permission where required by law, school policy, league rules, or the applicable feature.

Guardian consent and authority

A guardian who creates, manages, verifies, or monetizes a young athlete profile represents that the information provided is accurate and that the guardian has authority to consent. MaxSportsure may request identity, age, relationship, custody, or other verification and may restrict a profile while verification is incomplete or disputed.

Privacy and safety

Guardians should review profile privacy, followers, tagged content, reposts, messages, comments, notifications, external links, events, facility and location information, media, Stories, Watch, and livestream activity. Do not publish a minor's home address, private contact details, medical records, real-time private location, school routine, or other unnecessary sensitive information.

Guardians, teams, schools, coaches, and organizations must have permission to post a minor's name, image, likeness, performance data, media, or records. A tag does not prove consent, ownership, eligibility, or endorsement.

Media, events, and streaming

Before uploading or livestreaming youth sports content, obtain permissions required from participants, guardians, teams, schools, leagues, venues, photographers, broadcasters, and music owners. Event organizers remain responsible for supervision, safety, waivers, transportation, medical planning, and compliance with youth-sports requirements.

NIL, earnings, and payouts

A minor's NIL, creator, affiliate, subscription, advertising, PPV, sponsorship, or other earning activity may require guardian approval, identity and tax verification, a supported payout account, and compliance with contracts, laws, and school, league, association, or governing-body rules. MaxSportsure may hold or disable monetization until those requirements are satisfied. Review the NIL / Monetization Terms and Tax Profile policy.

Access, correction, deletion, and consent withdrawal

A verified parent or guardian may ask to review, correct, or delete a child's information and may withdraw consent where applicable. We may retain limited records for security, disputes, legal obligations, fraud prevention, and enforcement. Withdrawal may require disabling affected features or closing the supported child profile.

Reporting and enforcement

Use in-product report and block controls or contact support to report grooming, exploitation, threats, harassment, impersonation, unsafe contact, privacy violations, or unauthorized youth content. MaxSportsure may remove content, restrict contact or visibility, preserve evidence, suspend accounts, and notify appropriate authorities or child-safety organizations when warranted. If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services.
